We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to:

  • Upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Scrape, crawl, or spider any part of the Service.
  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes discrimination.

8. Intellectual Property

Flagup.io and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flagup.io and its licensors. You retain all rights to the Customer Data you upload, but grant us a license to host it solely to provide the Service.

9. AI Features

Flagup.io may utilize Artificial Intelligence to provide feature summaries and sentiment analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs.

10. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information and that of your end-users.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flagup.io, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At FlagUp.io, we strive to provide a high-quality feedback and roadmap platform. Because we offer a Free Tier and the ability to cancel at any time, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has processed, except as required by law or in the specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your FlagUp.io subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Monthly Plans: Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual Plans: Cancellation prevents renewal. You will retain access for the remainder of the year you paid for.

3. Exceptional Refund Requests

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Technical Issues: A confirmed technical bug prevented service use for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • Billing Errors: You were charged twice or there was a clear clerical error in your invoice.
  • Accidental Renewal: For annual plans, if you contact us within 72 hours of the renewal charge.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial months of service after a cancellation.
  • Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use.
  • Cases where you "forgot" to cancel a monthly subscription before it renewed.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve billing issues. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to permanent account suspension and loss of project data.
